Singeli Zaparaniuk, LMT, CH, CI practitioner
Singeli Zaparaniuk, LMT, CH is a performing artist turned licensed massage therapist, certified hypnotist, sound therapist, and somatic coach in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago, IL. I became interested in massage therapy by witnessing the positive effects it had relieving some of her mother’s symptoms of type 1 diabetes and depression. I discovered sound therapy in massage therapy school and found a way to blend my musical background in a healing capacity.
I have been interested in the mind-body connection for over 15 years and brings that knowledge and expertise from her various trainings into every session. I know what it's like to keep self-sabotaging, allowing the wounds from the past to repeat in what feels like a never-ending cycle. It is possible to change your unwanted habits and old patterns which are preventing you from experiencing everything you deserve. Allow me to help you break free from this cycle and start living the life you deserve.
When I’m not working I enjoys traveling, concocting culinary delights, reading, learning new ways to move the body, being in nature, playing with her fur babies—a cat and dog—and riding across the city on her electric scooter. In addition to English, she speaks Ukrainian and French.
During our sessions together we work to shift your pain narrative and connect to safety and trust from within. Whether that’s through massage, hypnosis, sound healing, or somatic coaching you will experience healing and empowerment along with humor and joy.
We do that in several ways:

We shift the story behind the discomfort/tension/stress/pain so you can discover or uncover any past experiences that could be a root cause of your discomfort/tension/stress/pain.
We learn ways to manage the discomfort/tension/stress/pain so that things become manageable in your daily life and you don't have to fixate or be consumed by the discomfort/tension/stress/pain.
We start with weekly sessions and gradually reduce them until you notice results and you consistently feel better.
